Ashtanga is the backbone of vinyasa practice. Unfortunately it has the reputation as being challenging and unwelcoming to Ashtanga newbies. The goal of this workshop is to demystify the Ashtanga Primary Series for those new to the series and offer a fresh perspective to experienced Ashtanga practitioners. You will gain experience with vinyasa, ujayi breath, the bandhas, dristi and learn how to put these elements together to form a flowing practice.
